We want you and your little one to love your Kyte Baby products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 45 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a mailer of your choice.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
